Reservations / Payment Expectations & Deposits
Security Deposits
All tours require a $75.00 per boat fully
refundable security deposit. This deposit can be transferred to another date as
long as the charter is re-scheduled as least ten (10) days prior to the current
date booked. Re-scheduling will be available for open dates only. Clients are
responsible for arriving on time at the prearranged meeting locations. Arriving
one (1) hour or more late will forfeit your deposit and your charter.
Please call if you are delayed.
100% of your security deposit will be refunded in a timely manner if your
guide must cancel due to illness or emergency. Click on "Strongest Written

Dates requested will be reserved upon receipt of your $75.00 security deposit.
Sending a personal check, money order or travelers check to the following
address will secure your reservation. Major credit cards are also accepted.

Payment is expected at the conclusion of your
charter (gratuity is not included). USD currency only please, small
denominations are best unless other financial arrangements have been agreed upon
prior to the start of your charter.
Your charter will take place in some of Florida’s
most remote and beautiful locations. With that comes the
difficulty of personal check and credit card verification.
Even cell phone service can be limited or none at all. Only
small general stores or fish camps make up these locations and many still do not
accept credit/debit cards, personal checks or bills over $50.
Please allow sufficient extra cash for live bait,
fishing licenses and minor expenses if needed. Your cooperation is greatly
appreciated.
